Randstad are recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator to join the finance team at Belfast Metropolitan College.

GCSE Maths and English
Excellent communication and customer service skills
IT Literate in all MS office packages
Enhanced vetting is required for these roles including an Enhanced Access NI checkDuties
Administration
Produce a range of reports on excel and disseminate
Develop and populate budget templates
Assist in collating and consolidating returns
Assist with preparation of staffing budgets
Post journals and budget transfers
Liaise with internal and external auditors as required
Input data and records into the financial system
Assist in the processing of invoices and other financial transactions
Process and maintain financial transactions and records
