Description

• Processing invoices and managing the company's purchase ledger.
• Conducting regular payment runs and managing supplier queries.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions.
• Working closely with colleagues to continually improve processes.
• Assisting with general administrative work, including monitoring finance emails and telephone calls, assisting with ad hoc analysis and month end procedures;
• Collaborate closely with other departments and represent the finance team positively.

Profile

• A strong background in accounting or finance.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary of around £24,000 to £28,000 per annum.
