We have a number of openings for working as a Finance Administrator for DHL Site located near Doncaster, in Tickhill, DN11 9HE. Are you looking for a job that offers long term development, if so we have the following opportunity for you.

• Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role is preferred.

Role of Finance Administrator:

• Creating and updating spreadsheets of daily transactions
• Managing accounts receivable and payable
• Reviewing and processing reimbursements
• Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
• Prepare budgets
• Keep records of invoices and tax payments
• Participate in payroll processes

Details of Finance Administrator:

• Location: DN11 9HE, Bawtry, Doncaster. Bus Service for all shifts
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 0800-1600
• Pay: £12.05 Days

Requirements and skills of Finance Administrator:

• Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Time-management and organisation skills
• Confidentiality
