Key Responsibilities of the Senior Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Assist with the organisation of company events
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Support other administrative staff as needed
Senior Administrator Requirements:
- Proven experience in a busy administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
