SalarySales Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Doncaster, DN5
Salary: - £24,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
Our client, a market-leading organisation in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months to cover a period of Maternity Leave.
This is an ideal role for a proactive, organised and customer focussed candidate with previous experience in an Administration/Office based role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Manage and maintain customer account databases
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email and provide sales support.
- Complete export documentation.
- Coordinate and manage sales enquiries
- Schedule customer collections and deliveries.
- Arrange and schedule transport.
- Assist with general administration duties as required including filing, data entry and KPI reporting
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience of administration in manufacturing/production sector preferred but not essential.
- Strong IT Literacy including good proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
