OA are working with a well-established business, looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly team in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
Sales Administrator – Job Details:
- Hatfield, Hertfordshire
- Full time Monday - Thursday 8.15am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.15am – 4.00pm
- £25,000 - £30,000
- Permanent
- Training provided
Sales Administrator – Main Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, showroom visits, and email
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently
- Identify and engage potential new customers
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives to generate new business
- Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with credit control and bank reconciliations
Sales Administrator – Skills & Experience:
- Organised, disciplined, and punctual
- Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner
- Strong work ethic and customer service focus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
- Team player with negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service
