The Accounts Receivable team has the responsibility in the BSC is to manage all 3rd party receivables across the UK and International Markets. The Credit Controller delivers accurate and reliable billing and is able to build positive relationships with external and internal customers to ensure that payment of all invoices is made in line with agreed payment terms.
In addition, you will be resolving queries and handling customer accounts, being able to report up to date status' to line managers and senior business partners within the business. You will complete reconciliations and reporting for dedicated customers on a weekly/monthly basis in line with typical month end timeframes. You will also be responsible for the overall delivery of new projects impacting Credit Control, this can be for both International and UK customers.

What youll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Full responsibility for your accounts, management of debt and actions to maintain clean ledger.
- No aged debt over 90 days where it is within the control of the AR analyst, timely escalation will be required.
- Robust analysis that drives actionable insight, seek feedback from business partners to ensure the insight is fit for purpose.
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively across the finance group in a collaborative manner
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
- Previous finance experience where you can demonstrate proven results in chasing and reducing aged balances, preferably in a previous Credit Control role.
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure that you know your audience and adapting to their style accordingly.
- Quick learner, enthusiastic and solutions driven
- Teamwork willingness to support other Team members and Team Leader to get the job done.
