Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time, 35 hours per week.

As a Finance Analyst, you will undertake and manage Analytical BAU and project tasks within the Corporate Servicing and Invoicing areas.
Key Actions
- To assist with calculating and issuing Corporate scheme invoices, both for PMI and Trust
- To build and maintain Corporate Servicing reconciliation tools
- To undertake failure analysis and build on existing processes to ensure no reoccurrence
- Respond to team requirements and implement automated solutions to manual processes
- Assist in maintaining all EUA and Internal Financial Controls, whilst ensuring adherence
- Engage with Brokers, Vitality Business Consultants, Account Managers and Franchise Directors regarding complex or escalated Corporate billing queries via telephone and email
- Experience of working in a finance/ops team in a financial services organization
- Experience analysing data
- Understanding of importance of data protection
- Experience of communicating orally and in writing with external 3rd parties
- Intermediate Excel skills – Data Analysis, VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
- Positive and friendly telephone manner
- Able to handle difficult telephone situations
