Pensions Complaint Handler

Huntswood is looking for Complaint Handlers with pensions and investments experience to join a great new project for a large pensions and investment company based in Bristol. If you have a background in pensions and investment complaints then we have a great role for you.

Start Date: Monday 4th March

Day Rate: £275 to £300 per day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Bristol - Hybrid - 2 days a week in office

What Huntswood is looking for:

• Proven experience of working in a Pensions/Investment complaint or review role
• A relevant qualification would be highly advantageous (FPC, Level 4 or above)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Experience of writing final response letters
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
• Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
• Strong numeracy and written communication skills
