SalaryOur client, a leading specialist in an exciting and dynamic field, is looking to hire an ambitious Finance Analyst to join its impressive team. This is a great role for an ACCA/CIMA part-qualified, looking to build on their skill set and gain broad finance exposure that will compliment their studies. Reporting to a Finance Manager, you'll have a good level of ownership and accountability for the management accounts, as well as support and training throughout. Main duties: Taking ownership of a small set of accounts, from a P&L and balance sheet perspective, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Review P&L at month end against budget Provide insightful variance analysis Ownership of specific balance sheet account reconciliations with support from Management Accountants Supporting Management Accountants with ad-hoc projects and analysis requests Improving the balance sheet reconciliations process Supporting the Management Accountants with the external audit process and production of statutory accounts Ensuring sales invoicing is done accurately and correct VAT applied Ensuring all intercompany recharges are completedKey skills & experience required: ACCA/CIMA Studier A self-starter with strong problem solving skills Proven experience in a similar accounting role Ability to meet tight deadlines Strong organizational skills Good analysis and presentational skills Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills (both written and oral)AGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
