Based in Fareham, my client are a leading online sporting retail business, with an operating tenure of over 50 years! Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a part-qualified Finance Analyst to join their ranks.
Description
Finance Analyst:
* Forecast sales and budgets on an annual, quarterly, and rolling monthly basis across various business units.
* Create and oversee rolling cash flow projections.
* Perform monthly sales and margin analyses, comparing actual performance to forecasts.
* Analyze business inventory levels in relation to projected sales.
* Identify and address issues with fast and slow-moving stock.
* Evaluate and manage capital expenditures, including forecasting for future capital expenses.
Profile
Finance Analyst:
- Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or QBE
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Deadline-driven with excellent prioritization skills
- Experience using Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
- Experience with MS Business Central and Business objects highly desirable
