Our client are seeking a Finance and Admin Professional to join them during an exciting growth period. You will be working closely with a tight-knit team in their busy office just outside Oxford centre, taking care of day-day accounts and Admin functions.

This is a part-time role, working approximately 20 hours per week with a very flexible schedule.

Key Duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day financial tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
  • Support the management team with administrative tasks and general office management
  • Support the Delivery function with the shipping, logistics and client management tasks required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Finance and Admin position
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software including QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment
