Morgan McKinley is working with a great company based in the Abingdon, Oxfordshire area who is looking to expand their Accounts - Credit Control team and are looking for trainees. This is a fab Credit Control and Accounts Administration job opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start a career in an Entry level Accounts Receivables, Accounts Admin type role. The position will involve Finance Admin, invoicing, Credit Control and providing an excellent customer service at all times. Training provided.
Salary: £22,500 per annum plus excellent company benefits
Location: Office based, Abingdon - parking onsite
Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
Trainee Credit Control and Accounts Admin duties:
- Accurate processing and allocation of receipts
- General admin support to the accounts receivables process
- Credit control - Outgoing calls to customers to ensure payment of invoices
- Manual processing of invoices and credit notes
- Monitoring invoices raised on the internal systems
- Resolving customer queries in a timely manner, via email or telephone
- Month end duties, to include production of customer statements
Skills and experience:
- Keen to learn
- GCSE level Maths - A-B
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills
