SalaryBerry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Credit Controllerto work for a large manufacturing organisation based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.
Role:Credit Controller
Salary: £28,000 Per Annum
Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Key Responsibilities of the Credit Controller:
- Manage Accounts Receivable
- Manage incoming payments.
- Credit Control management including blocked orders.
- Manage debt recovery of creditors.
- Managing credit limits and Credit Insurance
- A/R Reconciliation including of intercompany accounts (Quarterly IC service Invoice)
- Assist in audit / year-end financial closure.
- Participate in possible projects.
- Ad hoc & other such duties as required.
Main Objectives:
- Manage and oversee Credit Control
- Oversee Credit Insurance
- Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable incl. new accounts set up.
- Manage incoming payments.
- Provide support at month end as required.
About you:
- High level of numeracy skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys working towards deadlines.
- Computer literate with good MS office skills
- SAP experience desirable
- Understanding of UK accounting principles including VAT
Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
- Excellent in written & oral communication
Experience:
- Previous experience within a Credit Control role.
