• Arrange layout of rooms for all activities• Organise hospitality for meetings• Prepare minutes, management accounts, and other supporting documentation• Organise and maintain filing systems• Prepare and maintain all records• Process and record telephone calls and posts
Requirements
• GCSE in English & Maths, Grade c or above• Minimum 2 years experience in Finance and Administration• Excellent IT Skills - Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel• Organisational and presentation skills• Verbal and written skills
