We are working with an ever growing business based in the Horsham area who are seeking an Operations and Finance Executive to join them.
This position is a brilliantly varied role where you will be involved in both Financial Analysis as well as Operational support. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, supporting them with Finance queries and Financial reporting.
In this fast paced role your duties could include:
* Providing excellent support and guidance to clients
* Solving and investigating invoice queries
* Building and maintaining data and information to be able to produce informed analysis for clients
* Assisting in the generation of monthly and quarterly reports
* Creating reports for clients
* Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders
This is a really open role where we are considering candidates with a variety of transferable skills...
You could be someone with a strong understanding of core Finance duties such as month end, reporting and query resolution with strong communication skills
You could be working in a back-office Finance role currently and want to make use of your confident communication skills
You could be working in a more client facing operational role but with finance elements that you want to expand on!
To be considered you will need to have strong Excel skills including VLookups, Pivot Tables and Formulas at a minimum, as well as strong communication skills both written and verbal to be able to business partner with internal and external stakeholders.
