About Brighton & Hove Albion FC
We compete at the highest levels of football on a global stage whilst keeping our Sussex community spirit. Our vision is to be a top ten Premier League club and a top four Women’s Super League club.  A commitment to high performance, high professional standards and making a difference is at the heart of everything we do. The 2023/24 season is the start of new adventures, our first in European football and we would love for you to be part of our journey.

Join us in the Women’s Super League and category 1 academy to support with all operational needs

Be a part of the journey at Brighton and provide exceptional operational off pitch support to our women and girl’s elite squads.  This will include the coordination of home and away fixtures across our pathway and senior teams and being accountable for effective and timely communication with all key stakeholders related to the girls’ academy including but not limited to staff, players, parents, club partners and other departments.  If you are looking for an easy ride, this one might not be for you!  The work will be challenging, the environment will be fast paced, and we will have high expectations of you.  But we will give you everything you need to succeed (except for drive, determination and motivation – which you will need to bring with you!).

You will be required to attend all home and away fixtures so we need someone who has a flexible approach to their working hours, to include evenings and weekends.

Your operational background

If you have a keen eye for detail and love organisation – then we have the role for you! Your background will include previous experience in a sporting environment and have the knowledge of sporting academies. You will be a great communicator with the skills behind you to build great relationships with key stakeholders at every level.  We are looking for someone to play their part in ensuring we uphold our high standards and drive forward our elite professional standards – could this be you?
