Your role will be to support the wider team in providing accounts and finance support to the Finance Manager within the business. This role is ideal for somebody who has started in finance and wants to grow their career with the opportunity for progression and financial support towards study and qualifications. Duties
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Credit control
- Preparing month end reports
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Processing invoice receipts
- VAT knowledge would be an advantage
- Preparing sales reports
- Producing invoices
- Supporting finance managing with all ad-hoc admin responsibilities
Skills and Experience
- Accounts or finance experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have previous experience of working on sales and invoice ledgers
- Must be competent at producing reports
- Must be organised and have a good eye for detail
Salary: £25,000
Hours: Mon - Fri - will consider hybrid for the right candidate - Part Time may also be considered
