SalaryDynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join a small accounts team based in Portsmouth. This position is a permanent position which can offer flexibility for the successful candidate.
The Role:
- Managing accounts receivable including invoicing and collections
- Liaising with customers on outstanding balances due and reducing aged debt
- Prepare reports and regularly reconcile all bank and cash accounts
- Resolve customer queries and disputes and support the Finance department with ad hoc duties
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong IT Literate; Word, Excel
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a confident and tenacious telephone manner
