Overview:
Our client is an award-winning serviced apartment provider in Edinburgh and Glasgow who are looking for a temporary, part-time Finance Assistant to join their friendly team.
Salary and working hours:
- £12.00 p/h, 16 hours a week
- 3-month temporary position
- Edinburgh city centre
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing inbox, raising POs for approval
- Working with accounts payable to process invoices and credit notes
- Monthly consumables and inventory stocktake
- Spreadsheet management, cost analysis and monthly reports
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Team-oriented and customer-focused (both written and verbal communication)
- Professional, friendly, detail-oriented
- Organised, and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and numerate
