Finance Assistant

Eye4 Recruitment are to looking to find for their highly successful & well-established business based in modern offices, in the heart of Alton, a Finance Assistant.

MAIN JOB ROLE:

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Weekly cashflow and projected cashflow
• Weekly income
• Processing payments and receipts using online banking, cheques, and debit cards
• Processing invoices to our clients
• Maintenance of an effective Credit Control system
• Daily banking
• Accounts related queries on file closure
• Accounts scanning
• Accounts queries and other related matters as required

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ideally experience in an Accounts environment
• Hard working and organised
• Attention to detail/excellent accuracy
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Have good communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook
