Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a leading regional civils contractor in their office in the South West. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience and be in the process of working towards their accounting qualifications.
Required software experience includes - QuickBooks & Sage.
Duties include but are not limited too:
- Regularly maintain and update financial records complying with company procedure.
- Monitoring accounts payable & receivable.
- Collaboration with the financial team and other departments during internal and external audits
- Provide knowledge and updates regarding financial regulations and statutory requirements.
- Responsible for time-sheets.
