As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth financial operations of the company.

Duties will Include:
* Providing general support to the finance team, including administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
* Review and verify purchase invoices.
* Ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices.
* Timely entry of invoices into the financial system.
* Reconcile bank statements with transaction records.
* Post journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions.
* Review staff expenses to ensure appropriate documentation has been provided and claims are in line with company policy.
* Ensure accurate posting of VAT reclaim based on documentation provided.
* Prepare payment runs, ensuring vendors are paid on time.
* Support audit activities by providing required documentation and information.
