The Role
A primary responsibility is to ensure the integrity of Rethink data throughout the required
processes. The role holder will be expected to be flexible in the tasks that are required
and how they need to be performed.
Main responsibilities & skills
Purchase ledger
- Coding, posting and payment of invoices
- Reconciliation of purchase ledger accounts
- Purchase order management
- Management of Email inbox
Finance Assistant
- Sales invoicing, compliance and processing
- Management of Email inbox
- Client account management and MI
- Adhoc contractor payment management
- Management accounts assistance
- Bank payments, posting and reconciliations
- Data management and submission for Office National Statistics data
The key skills required for the role are:
- Minimum 2 years' purchase ledger experience
- AAT Level 4 or Finance degree
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Good communication skills with an enthusiastic attitude to resolving issues
- Ability to clearly express the issue and proposed solution when required in writing or verbally
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
