Job Description
- Conduct financial transactions and process invoices
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Reconcile and report any discrepancies found in the records
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in monthly closings
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain financial files and records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Comprehensive understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and databases
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
