Job Description
As the Finance Assistant (AAT Studier) your responsibilities will include:
- Purchase Ledger - Setting up new suppliers, saving purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, weekly pay run preparation, reconciling payments made, aged creditors reconciliation, processing staff expenses
- Recharging invoices - third party cost management and converting to recharges
- Liaising with suppliers
- Account's in-box - Monitoring the Account's mailbox throughout the day
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Sales Ledger - shared with Finance Executive - drafting, amending, finalising, saving, and sending invoices in line with the invoicing protocols
- Ad-hoc duties as required/filing/archiving
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Assistant (AAT Studier) will be:
- Looking to/actively studying AAT
- Experience with payable and receivables
- Experience with dealing with large sets of data on excel (pivot tables and vlookups desirable)
- Experience with Xero/paprika is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong inter-departmental and customer relationships
