SalaryWe are working in partnership with an established and growing business in Doncaster to recruit a Finance Assistant.
The role is a Monday to Friday role, office based. The company will offer study support for the employee (AAT/CIMA/ACCA) should you want to study.
Key duties:
- Working in an established finance team
- Monthly and weekly sales invoicing
- Credit control duties
- Purchase invoicing and purchase ordering
- Purchase ledger reconciliation
- Timesheet reconciliation
- Petty cash
- Credit card reconciliation
- Involvement with the management accounts
- Stock control
- Ad-hoc duties to support the Finance Director and the accounts team
- Provide cover for payroll when required
- Using Sage accounts package
- Liaise with internal personnel at other sites within the Group
- Any necessary training will be provided
The salary is £28,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience and level of qualification) plus company benefits and study support (should you want to study).
