SalaryMy client an FMCG business in Chichester are looking for a Finance Assistant reporting into the financial controller to join their small friendly team. The role will support the finance team with financial and administration roles. This role will include transactional processing, credit control, stock reconciliation and payroll processing.
This role will include:
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Stock Reconciliation
- Supervision of staff clocking system
- Preparation of time sheets for payroll processing
- Fleet and phone management
- Purchase Ledger cover
- Other Ad hoc duties
You will have experience within a similar role, be ideally AAT qualified or have worked at that level, You will have excellent systems experience of SAP, Sage payroll and advanced Excel. You will be able to communicate at all levels, have great attention to details, have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to work confidently and with enthusiasm.
This role is fully office based in modern offices, with excellent benefits and free parking.
