Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about finance? My client, a purpose led Comms Agency are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to join their team on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to a dynamic and growing company.
The role:
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with month-end financial reporting.
- Support financial audits by gathering necessary documentation.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and databases.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
You:
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
