Description
- Assist with financial transactions including accounts receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial records and reports
- Provide support in budget preparation and monitoring
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in both German and English languages
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department
Profile
- Fluency in both German and English languages (written and verbal)
- Previous experience working in an office or customer facing role is desirable
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred
