Location/remote: Crawley/Hybrid- 2 days a week onsite

Pay rate: £12-£16ph PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a worldwide RPO & MSP Recruitment Services has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Finance Assistant to join a multinational technologies company that operates in over 90+ countries.
Due to an increase in workload, they are now looking for Finance Assistant to support the Finance Accounts Payable team at their manufacturing facility in Crawley
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payables provide administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses
Raising customer invoices
Correcting Financial system variances
Management of supplier payments
Intercompany invoices and recharges
Pricing of Additional services
Reporting and data gathering
Data entry across both sales and purchase ledger on SAP
Management of the aged debtor and creditor reports
Any ad hoc tasks required to support the team in its duties
Experience and Skills
Previous experience working as a Finance Assistant is essential
Experience working in accounts payable
Previous experience working with invoices- inputting, raising queries etc
Strong Excel Pivot knowledge
Management of payments / recharges
Data gathering and entry for reporting
Experience liaising with customers via email and phone
