Finance Assistant - Part Time

Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Part timeFinance Assistant who has experience in payroll. The company are based in Nuneaton and are going from strength to strength. They require someone to assist the Finance Manager 20hrs per week. This is an office based role.

You must have experience in working with SAGE 50.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll operations, addressing queries promptly, and handling salary adjustments and employee data modifications
• Process employee expense claims efficiently
• Reconcile payroll data for accuracy
• Weekly management of credit cards and petty cash
• Ensure precise entry and processing of purchase and sales invoices, along with other financial data, in the accounting software.
• Maintain record-keeping, encompassing ledgers, journals, receipts, and filing
