Trial Balance has been assigned exclusively by a client that we have successfully worked with several times before. Working in a niche sector, this firm is a firm market leader in its’ field and employs a close knit, high calibre finance team. Joining this team as a Finance Assistant with a focus on Purchase Ledger, your duties will include:
- Matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Setting up and maintaining supplier records
- Assisting with the sales ledger
- Assisting the wider finance team and the procurement function
To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong background in an accounting environment, with a particular focus on Purchase Ledger. Excellent attention to detail is required along with an ability to multi-task and to work collaboratively with a supportive team of colleagues.
