Salary- Location: Brighton (hybrid working 3-2 days WFH)
- Salary: £24-27k hourly rate equivalent
Grafton Banks Finance are recruiting for a growing client with offices in central Brighton, who are looking for a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis. This role will be supporting the finance function with a range of accounts payable, accounts receive, expenses and credit card duties for a 4–6-month temporary basis.
Duties may cover:
- Processing high-volumes of invoices, coding/matching etc.
- Weekly and monthly payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Raising invoices and credit notes
- Processing expenses
- Credit card reconciliations and monthly bank recs
- Ad hoc project support
The successful candidate will:
- Be available on immediate or short notice and interested in starting a temporary position starting in April.
- Have previous experience in an Accounts or Finance Assistant level role, with exposure to accounts payable/purchase ledger, accounts receivable/sales ledger
- Have experience working with ERP accounting systems such as Sage or SAP and confident Excel user (pivot tables, formulas etc.)
This role will require 2-3 days working from the Brighton offices.
