Duties / Responsibilities:

- Multiple bank reconciliations

- Maintenance of accounts payable ledger

- Balance sheet reconciliation

- Review of intercompany transactions

- Maintenance of accruals and prepayments

- Maintenance other relevant working schedules

- Reconcile loans to schedule

- Support year end audit activities

- Regular Ad-hoc reporting & analysis as requested

Key Experiences:

- Working as part of an accounts payable function

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work on multiple activities at once

- Adaptable to quick changes

- Pro-active in approach to process improvements

- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
