Finance Assistant

CMA is pleased to be working exclusively with a fast paced, rapidly growing company which has recently secured significant financial backing. The business is looking for an experienced Billings Specialist to join their friendly close-knit finance team, initially on a temporary basis; however, there is a strong possibility of the role being made permanent. You will be a crucial part of the finance function, using your attention to detail on a wide variety of tasks to keep the role interesting. Must be available on short notice.   

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Invoice processing;
• Reconciling invoices to timesheets;
• Bank reconciliations;
• Reconciling factoring accounts;
• Cross-checking data within portals;
• Expense reports;
• Payment runs.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Experience with timesheets and portals;
• Experience with invoicing;
• Good attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of Quickbooks would be beneficial but not essential.
