The business is looking for an experienced Billings Specialist to join their friendly close-knit finance team, initially on a temporary basis; however, there is a strong possibility of the role being made permanent. You will be a crucial part of the finance function, using your attention to detail on a wide variety of tasks to keep the role interesting. Must be available on short notice.
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
- Invoice processing;
- Reconciling invoices to timesheets;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Reconciling factoring accounts;
- Cross-checking data within portals;
- Expense reports;
- Payment runs.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
- Experience with timesheets and portals;
- Experience with invoicing;
- Good attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of Quickbooks would be beneficial but not essential.
