Are you a highly skilled Structured Finance and Securitisation lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience? An esteemed global law firm based in London is currently seeking a talented individual to join a vibrant practice.
The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to UK and European commercial real estate finance transactions, demonstrating proficiency in drafting complex loan agreements and navigating intercreditor agreements. Additionally, strong leadership capabilities are essential to oversee deal teams and engage with counterparties confidently.
Candidates with a solid understanding of loan-on-asset and loan-on-loan financings, and advantageous experience in diligencing assets and documenting asset sales onto repo lines, are highly valued. Exceptional technical skills, organisational prowess, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are key attributes sought in potential candidates.
This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, business-oriented advice utilizing a full range of debt and equity capital structures. The successful candidate will collaborate seamlessly with specialists across tax, restructuring, and corporate practices.
