Financial Reporting Manager

Job Description

Based in Central London, our client is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team on a permanent and hybrid-working basis, offering lots of flexibility.

This role would suit a qualified accountant who has experience in the hospitality industry, to be responsible for the overall Financial Reporting for the business which includes a portfolio of 18 UK hotels.

The company are a prominent hospitality business who have owned, and asset managed over £1 billion of hospitality properties across Europe. As they embark in projects of over £150m, this the ideal business for someone who wants to develop their career.

The successful individual will be qualified with excellent reporting and presentation skills and can add analytical insight. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across the board, including non-finance colleagues. Hospitality experience is preferred, including understanding of hotels reporting and KPI's.

Duties will include:

• Review of forecasts/cashflows
• monthly reporting for the managing company
• Quarterly reporting for the investors
• quarterly reporting for the lenders
• Ensure comments support the variances within the reports.
• Produce exec summary for directors' review pre issuance.
