Job Description
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes.
- Lead the annual budgeting and strategic planning process.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for senior management.
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insight and advice.
- Manage and oversee the financial systems of the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial performance.
- Manage relationships with financial service providers and auditors.
The Successful Applicant
The Finance Business Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
