Job

In the role of Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in financial strategy and analysis, driving growth and supporting the organisation’s mission. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing crucial financial insights and analytics to key stakeholders
• Collaborating in strategic budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Enhancing financial reporting and forecasting processes, implementing improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
• Offering financial expertise and advice to support business decisions and investment appraisals
• Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements

You

As a Finance Business Partner, you should be skilled and/or qualified in:

• Being a fully qualified CCAB (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA) accountant
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience in enhancing financial, management, and Board reporting processes
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
