We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our client in Stowmarket and provide critical financial analysis and consultation. This role involves understanding business unit strategies, working analytically, and supporting the business unit in achieving key financial targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, entrepreneurial, and have a strong background in financial controlling.
Day to day of the role:
- Consult and partner with key stakeholders and deciders, understanding different fields of the business and market strategies.
- Work analytically and structurally, setting priorities, processing and presenting data for different hierarchy levels.
- Provide active support in steering the business unit towards achieving Sales, Profit, and Net Working Capital targets.
- Coordinate the BU margin planning process and legal entity controlling in collaboration with shared service functions.
- Support the steering of your sales region from a business unit perspective.
- Contribute to effective and efficient reporting in the business unit.
- Carry out project calculations, simulations, business case analysis, and participate in project work.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and digitalization efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration, finance, business informatics or similar (master or bachelor).
- 3-5 years of Finance Business Partnering or similar experience.
- Good written, presentation, and IT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Passionate, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- EERP experience such as SAP and Oracle.
