Finance Business Partner

Joining a Retail Finance Team, you'll play a crucial role in building relationships with Operational Stakeholders, ensuring the business has insightful analysis to aid decision making and reach strategic goals. You'll also be responsible for managing and mentoring one direct report.
Main duties include:
* Conducting analytics for trading pack, to be included into the trading deck
* Pricing and promotional analysis, providing recommendations based on results
* Acting as finance lead for any new partnerships
* Contributing to capital investment projects
* Monitoring labour control, producing reporting
* Supporting 5 year strategic plan
* Producing and reviewing weekly trading deck
* Performing full month end process for designated area, delivering insight commentary for the board pack and review
* Contributing to periodic forecasting and annual budgeting
* Collaborating with teams through effective Business Partner
* Managing and developing one direct report
Key skills and experience required:
* Partially or Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA
* Candidates should ideally come from a multi-site, consumer facing industry
* Strong financial modelling experience and some exposure to pricing would be advantageous
* Excellent analysis skills, with strong understanding of key business drivers
* Confident and credible demeanour, adept at building relationships with non-finance
* Proactive, self-starter with a proven track record demonstrating initiative
