As the Senior Finance Business Partner for the manufacturing and facilities side of this business, you’ll support the operations team with their budgets, quarterly forecasting, CAPEX and OPEX reviews with a firm focus on cash management.

The Role (Senior Finance Business Partner)

- Preparing business cases and CAPEX expenditure

Working within non operational teams. Driving change. And creating value from CAPEX investments will feature heavily in the role of the Senior Finance Business Partner.

The Non-Negotiables of this Senior Finance Business Partner
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
The Benefits
- Base salary: £65k to £75k (40 hour week)
- ~50% working from home and ~50% Banbury and Kidlington
- Holiday: 26 days per year (plus bank holidays)
- Bonus: Up to 15%
