About the Finance Business Partnerrole
- Financial controlling responsibility on a multi-brand scope for the business division
- Be a key Business Partner of the division by providing insightful reports and analysis to support decision making and by challenging the departments when needed using smart benchmark & market analysis.
- Identify business risks & opportunities and alert or give constructive advice to business managers
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives and processes' improvement
- Ensure Group rules' compliance and appropriate usage of Company's assets.
Key responsibilities
- Strong interaction with the Teams of the Shared Services (Operations, Finance, HR, IT) and third-party logistics provider.
- Support to the UK CFO and Head of controlling.
- Strong interaction with the international teams.
- Participate in monthly meetings
- Budget & Strategic Plan
- Monthly Closing / Reporting
- Business Analysis
- Internal Control and IT
Person profile
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA Qualified
- At least 5-year experience in a similar position within an international group, preferably in FMCG, retail, luxury business.
- Interest in retail & consumer as an industry
- Autonomous, organised, Self-motivated
- Analytical mind
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to the changing environment and business needs
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, team player
- Excellent stakeholder manager
