Description
- To manage and produce weekly management reporting analysing profitability by site and by client
- Produce budgets and forecasting throughout the year working alongside operations and commercial teams
- Manage open book clients with weekly client calls reporting their costs by week and productivity trends and reconciling at month/period end to ensure all costs are recovered
- Working with the Onboarding teams to ensure the seamless integration of new clients.
- To promote and create a continuous improvement culture through identifying areas for improvement and positively acting on them
- Working with operational teams to enhance the Financial and Operational performance and understanding
- Manage and process period end for two sites reconciling all operational costs to the weekly KPIs posting relevant journals to the P&L and accruals
- Reconciling revenue each period to ensure the correct and relevant contracts are actively being used in the business
- Assisting in balance sheet reconciliations for any transactions posted working with the Financial accounting manager
- To manage and track capital expenditure on a ongoing basis for specific projects and clients
- Approve operational invoices when necessary ensuring they are posted to the correct cost centre and GL
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Ideally part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA)
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong initiative and inter-personal skills
