About the Client: Our client, a leading charity, is seeking a talented and driven Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation that values innovation and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis and insightful reporting to support strategic business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to formulate and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they are accurate and align with the company's goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor financial performance against targets, delivering regular updates and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Business Partnering: Act as a financial advisor to various departments, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored support and advice.
• Project Support: Provide financial expertise for key business projects, including new initiatives, product launches, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA
• Experience: Previous experience within an FBP role. Proven experience in Business Partnering with senior leaders.

Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
