Description
- Oversee and manage financial operations within the company's manufacturing unit.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide detailed financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff.
- Work closely with the accounting & finance department to ensure all financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
- Conduct analyses of operational and financial performance, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
- Develop and manage financial systems and policies.
- Collaborate with the senior management team on strategic financial planning.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the financial health of the company.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A finance qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- QBE will also be considered
- Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficiency in accounting software and other financial management tools.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
