Whilst this role has the title of manager you will not be managing a team but moreso the key relationship with a valued business customer. This role has great depth and variety which will cover Business Partnering to ensure processes are mapped and understood, you will also drive an attitude towards continuous improvement. You will also review the debt report to look at where activity needs to be improved and look at ways to automate MI reporting where possible. On the people management side you will ensure training journeys are mapped and offer support to the team where needed helping upskill where possible.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven finance transactional leader- previous experience of managing large teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to be productive without oversight
- Strong collaborator and proactive approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate you can manage client relationships and deal with challenges which may come through
