Reporting to the Head of Finance and part of a small dynamic team with c-suite exposure, this role has significant opportunity to build and develop your career in a commercial role and make a tangible impact.
You will be pivotal in driving a data-centric approach, spearheading improvement projects, enhancing automation, and optimising efficiency. You will play a key role in delivering monthly operational KPIs, providing insights into performance, trends, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
You will be responsible for Power BI reporting and preparation of KPI analysis and commentary, so it is vital you are able to get into the granular detail to help tell the 'story'. You will also own and deliver monthly portfolio performance and investor reporting packs with the CEO and will also support the CTO in various continuous improvement projects around efficiencies, automation and insight.
- Salary up to £50,000.

- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office/ 2 days WFH
