Finance Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Partnering the manufacturing team, working with stakeholders to drive performance
- Review, interrogate and drive financial performance, understanding what’s good/ bad
- Provide financial challenge, support, and insight to various budget holders
- Provide financial analysis, learning and recommendations to support with business decisions
- Financial modelling – what if analysis, scenario planning, business cases and ROI
- Budget management and forecasting
- Play a key part in supporting operational and strategic decision making through generating key insights from financial and non-financial information to inform business action plans
Required Skills & Experience:
- CIMA or ACCA - Finalist Studier or Qualified
- Solid commercial Finance or Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced business, ideally in a Business Partnering role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely across finance and non-finance teams
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Flexible, dynamic individual, able to manage own workload and changing demand
- Career minded and driven individual who is keen to grow with a business
